Refund Policy
All Conference requests for cancellation/refund must be received in writing (mail, fax or e-mail) as indicated below. Requests must be sent to the YCOD main office. Due to the high number of delegates, we are unable to process cancellation requests over the telephone.
Full Refunds – Cancellations requests received prior to April 26, 2011 are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation requests received after April 26, 2011 will not be eligible for a refund.*
*Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the conference due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, requests must be made in writing the YCOD Office.
Refunds will be issued as soon as possible after the conference has concluded.
Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.
NSF Check Policy:
If any cheques are returned because of insufficient funds, YCOD will charge a $30 fee PLUS any additional bank charges.
